Wow, the school year is over for many of you.  Congratulations!  You made it!

Most departments are in the process of ordering materials for the 2016-2017 class year.  The book
Chemistry on a Budget contains inexpensive chemistry labs that could be useful.  You can buy this lab book for $23 at amazon.com or lulu.com. Check it out!

There are two versions of each lab, one with a ten-question conclusion and one with directions for a full lab report.  This way the teacher has the option!  Each lab is two pages to allow for one two-sided handout.

It will take a week or so to get to you, so Order Now!

*Some of you have purchased my lab book – be sure to check out Page 141 !

I wrote about your writing an
End of Year Reflection on 06/14/2015.  I recommend it highly as your school year ends – things you want to remember to do or NOT to do  -- especially something for the beginning of the school year that you regretted not doing this year!  Maybe a topic that  you wanted to start earlier (not following your textbook order, perhaps?)

If you want to change the order of topics, remember if your department has a specific order that you must follow (for labs for example).

Once reflection is complete, relax when you can.  You need to have this time to recover from the hectic work of the school year.

I will be continuing my focus on current scientific research developments.

*This Blog contains several entries that would be helpful to your chemistry classroom.  Check out the Topic List to help you to find past Blog entries.

Also,
Write To Me about your successes, challenges, or questions in the Chemistry Classroom.  Many thanks to those who have written to me this school year!

Remember, buying a copy of the lab book Chemistry on a Budget can be very useful to your Chemistry classroom with labs and class article ideas.

Congratulations on a great school year!
