Teaching high school chemistry for fifteen years, I have encountered a great variety of laboratory activities and teaching techniques unique to the subject. I'd like to share that knowledge and aid the incoming teacher in finding answers to questions about techniques, resources and laboratory activities.
Throughout my career, I was fortunate to work with very generous colleagues who shared a great deal of their knowledge of chemistry teaching with me. I would be very happy to answer any questions regarding teaching high school chemistry, or aid in searching for an answer for a chemistry teaching situation.

This book contains 13 labs using consumable materials purchased from local stores. There are two versions of each lab, one with a ten-question conclusion and one with directions for a full lab report. This way the teacher has the option! Each lab is two pages to allow for one two-sided handout.
